In traditional Scots, a winnock is more than a window — it's a "wind-eye," a point of clarity. The winnock-bunker was the seat by the glass where the best light fell, kept for reflection and the conversations that mattered most.

Luca has spent three decades managing change across energy, technology, consulting, and the non-profit sector, in executive, advisory, and non-executive roles.
He was a founding team member and Chief Technology Officer of the Net Zero Technology Centre in Aberdeen, where he led technology strategy, strategic foresight, and the development of advisory services for industrial decarbonisation clients. Before that, he spent twenty-one years at Accenture, reaching Managing Director level in the Global Energy Practice, leading strategic transformation programmes across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
He currently sits on the Governance Board of The Data Lab, Scotland's innovation centre for data and AI, and previously held non-executive and advisory roles at Decarb Scotland, NESH2A, the Centre for Energy Policy (University of Strathclyde), and RUSI.
