Coaching for Performance Now

Performing well today, whatever else is going on.

Organisations and individuals need to be effective, value-creating, and clear-headed now — this holds regardless of any longer-range planning, and for most clients it's where the work with us begins.
Two distinct tracks sit under this offering, for two different clients.

Track A — Executive Coaching

One-to-one coaching for senior leaders

The problem it addresses

Senior leaders often reach points where the usual sounding boards aren't quite right — a promotion into a bigger role, a difficult decision, a leadership team that isn't responding the way it used to, a loss of confidence in a specific situation. These aren't performance problems in the formal sense; they're places where a structured, confidential space to think would help.

How it works

A structured, confidential engagement built around your agenda, not ours. Typical themes include stepping into a more senior role, decision-making under pressure, managing a leadership team, delegation, self-narrative and confidence, and navigating organisational complexity. Engagements typically run three to six sessions of ninety minutes.

What happens after

Where the client is an individual, the coaching relationship and its content stay confidential to the coachee. Where a company is contracting the coaching, we agree upfront a three-way understanding of what's reported — progress and engagement, never session content.

Who this is for: Senior leaders who are already performing well and want to think more clearly, or who are navigating a specific transition — and companies who want to develop their current and future leaders.

Where to start

This track starts differently from the others, because fit between coach and coachee matters more here than anywhere else. A no-obligation 30-minute conversation, to establish whether working together makes sense — before anything is contracted.

Track B — Systemic Team Coaching

Coaching for the leadership team as a whole

The problem it addresses

Many leadership teams are a group of people who meet regularly, each responsible for their own function, region, or area — a "team of leaders" rather than a "leadership team." The shift that matters is moving to a group that collectively owns the whole of what it needs to achieve, not just the sum of its individual roles.

How it works

We work with the team as a living system, not a collection of individuals — its purpose, its stakeholders, and how it functions together, not just what each member contributes. Engagements typically run three to nine months: an initial meeting with the team leader, a bespoke plan of sessions (which may include observing the team in its normal business-as-usual meetings), and a structured wind-down and handover rather than an abrupt end — so what's been built stays with the team, not with us.

Depending on what the team needs, we also draw on our proprietary alignment framework and systemic team coaching tools, matched to the situation.

Who this is for: Leadership teams who want to operate as more than the sum of their parts, and get more value from working together than they currently do.

Where to start

A no-obligation 30-minute conversation to understand the team's situation and whether this is the right starting point.
